Using This Site
By browsing or ordering from Small Town Traditions, you agree to these terms. The site and everything on it — graphics, photos, copy, and the Small Town Traditions name — belong to us and can’t be copied or resold without written permission.
Products & Pricing
We work hard to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary. Weights, materials, and specs are described in good faith and may vary slightly between runs. Prices can change and limited drops can sell out — an order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provided is accurate and that your payment method is authorized. We can refuse or cancel orders in rare cases — a pricing error, a stock issue, or a suspected fraudulent order — and we’ll refund you in full if we do.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account password safe and for activity under your account. If you spot something off, tell us right away.
Liability
We stand behind our products, but beyond the value of your purchase we can’t be liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
