Flat $7 shipping on all orders, with local pickup available upon order completion.
How long does shipping take?
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks after payment is received. Jalyn needs this time to receive the shirts, press them, package them, and prepare your order. Once shipped, packages typically arrive in 3–5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $7 per order. There is no free-shipping threshold.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — we offer local pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready (2–3 weeks turnaround), Jalyn will personally message you with the address and pickup instructions.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with USPS tracking details as soon as your shipping label is printed and your package is on the truck.
Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?
Because each order is custom printed and prepared in small batches, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once placed. If you need to make a correction, please email smalltowntraditionsjdo@gmail.com as soon as possible and Jalyn will review your request.

How do I know what size to order?
Every garment is measured flat in our Size Guide, and our heavyweight tees run true to size with a relaxed fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How do I measure for the best fit?
Lay your best-fitting tee flat and measure straight across the chest from armpit to armpit — that’s your chest width. Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem for body length.
What sizes do you carry for Youth and Adults?
We carry a complete family range of sizes: Infant (6M–24M), Toddler (2T–7), Youth (XS–XL), and Adult sizes from Small through 5XL. Please refer to our Size Guide for flat garment measurements.
What should I do if I am between sizes?
Our heavyweight tees have a classic, relaxed Southern fit. If you prefer a looser, roomier feel or plan to layer, we recommend ordering one size up.

What is your return policy?
There is no standard return or exchange window. If you have any issue or request with your order, please email smalltowntraditionsjdo@gmail.com. Jalyn will review requests individually and email instructions if a request is accepted.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long do refunds take to process?
Refunds and exchanges are not standard and are evaluated strictly on an individual basis. If an exchange or refund is accepted by Jalyn via email, specific instructions and timing will be communicated directly to you.
What if my item arrives defective or damaged?
If your item arrives flawed or damaged in transit, please email smalltowntraditionsjdo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Jalyn will review each case individually to help make it right.
Do you restock limited drops?
No — when a limited drop sells through, it’s gone for good. That’s the point. Join our newsletter to receive early access so you never miss the boat.
WASHING & LONGEVITY
Care Instructions
Keep your heavyweight cotton tees looking crisp and lasting through every season.
How should I care for my garments?
Wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Treated right, our heavyweight cotton gets softer and better with every wear.
Can I iron the printed graphics?
Do not iron directly over screen-printed or graphic areas. If needed, turn the garment inside out and use a cool iron setting with a protective cloth.
Will my shirt shrink in the wash?
Our tees are printed on preshrunk heavyweight cotton. When washed in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat, shrinkage is minimal (under 3%).

Important Note: Shirt brand and exact shade may vary depending on size and current supplier availability, ensuring you always receive the highest quality available blanks.

Our garments are printed and finished in the USA on heavyweight, responsibly sourced cotton. Every graphic is hand-crafted and designed in-house.
